Meet Our Team

 Amanda is our Agency Owner and is a native of Shelbyville, TN. Her education includes graduating from Middle Tennessee State University with a Bachelors degree in Finance and emphasis in Insurance. She obtained her insurance license while in college and has been in the insurance industry for over 20 years. Amanda says that her job brings her joy everyday as she is continually helping someone protect the things that matter the most. She also enjoys watching her team develop into their careers and doing good for others with every phone call. Over the years Amanda has been involved with many organizations such as United Way, Leadership Bedford, Chamber of Commerce Board and Parent-Teacher Organizations at her children's schools. When out of the office, Amanda enjoys working out at the gym and spending time with her husband and boys out on the lake. The water is their happy place!  

 Jessie, one of our dedicated Sales Agents, was born and raised in East Tennessee, a place she deeply loves. She graduated from East Tennessee State University with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology. With six years of experience in the insurance industry, all of which have been within Allstate Agencies, Jessie excels at building strong relationships with her customers. Her passion lies in ensuring that clients not only have the right coverage to protect them but also fully understand why they need it. She thrives in a supportive office environment where teamwork and encouragement are valued.

Outside of work, Jessie’s world revolves around her two children—a son and daughter—and her two beloved dogs. She enjoys cooking and is always eager to try new recipes. On weekends, you'll often find Jessie outdoors with her kids, whether at the park, hiking, swimming, or simply playing in the backyard, making the most of the sunshine. Additionally, she is actively involved in her children’s school PTO and frequently volunteers in the community.

Chasity is one of our Customer Experience Specialists and Licensed Sales Agent. She was born and raised in the Shelbyville, TN area where she lives currently with her husband and children. She has worked in the insurance industry for several years now, beginning her career with USAA. Insurance originally began as a temporary job but Chasity quickly discovered that she loves this industry. She loves the ability to help people by making sure they are properly insured. In her spare time, Chasity and her family love to travel and try new experiences. You may also see them attending many of her son's sporting events or taking their basset hounds to the dog park. 

Della is one of our licensed sales agents. She is a Shelbyville, TN native also and has been with our agency for 5+ years. She loves that her job allows her to interact with people from all walks of life and educate them on how to protect what matters to them most. She finds excitement in her job when her coworkers excel in their position as well. In Della's spare time, she enjoys time with her family. Her children are highly involved in sports so you can usually find her at some sporting event. When she is not working or watching ball, Della is most likely baking. Her desserts are delicious! If you ever find that you need someone to talk to, Della is your person! Della expressed that she enjoys conversation, and her mind is a constant hamster wheel- it's always spinning.

Tiffany is one of our licensed sales agents. She grew up in Liberty, NC and a few years in Lexington, NC. After a few years of being away from family, she now resides back in Liberty, NC with her daughter. Tiffany has been in the insurance industry since 2012 where she started her career with Allstate. She has worked for several different agencies and companies but has found her way back to Allstate. During her career, she has also obtained multiple levels of certification in bookkeeping. Tiffany feels the most exciting thing about her job is educating clients about what insurance is and why they need it to protect their families. Her favorite thing of all is giving a little joy to those that need it and ending her conversations with smiles on both faces. In her spare time, Tiffany enjoys spending time with her daughter and extended family, going to worship and savoring every minute of everyday, as tomorrow is not promised. She also enjoys readying, crafting, spending time on their hobby farm growing vegetables and herbs, and savoring a cup of herbal tea. Tiffany is also passionate about ASPCA and non-profit organizations for auto immune diseases. 

 Sara, one of our licensed sales agents, has had the unique experience of growing up all over the world. Though primarily raised in the Pacific Northwest and Southwestern United States, she has lived in three different countries and seven states. She attended three international schools and earned her BA from the University of Puget Sound in Washington state.

Sara is passionate about helping others achieve their goals with their insurance policies. She is committed to ensuring her clients fully understand their coverage, from defining terms to breaking down complex policies, so they feel empowered to make informed decisions. What excites Sara most about her work is being of service to others, making sure customers feel secure and protected in their everyday lives. If she can remove stress from the insurance process or bring a smile to someone’s face, she knows she's made a positive impact.

Outside of work, Sara loves to learn and strives to be 1% better every day. She also has a deep appreciation for great food, whether it's growing it, cooking it, or discovering it at the best local restaurants—a passion inspired by her farm-to-table upbringing. When she’s not working, you’ll likely find her in the garden or spending time with her bees. Her ideal weekend is a day on the water with her dog. Additionally, Sara is passionate about equine therapy programs and is a certified equine therapy mentor. 

 Melissa brings over 20 years of experience in property management and a genuine passion for helping others to our Sales Team. She grew up in a small town in Western North Carolina and understands the value of close-knit communities and strong relationships.

While new to the insurance industry, Melissa is excited to help individuals and families protect what matters most. She is especially passionate about educating clients so they feel confident and informed when making important decisions for their families.

Outside of work, Melissa enjoys spending time with her family, including her four children and three grandchildren who keep her laughing. In her free time, she loves sewing, quilting, cooking, baking, reading, and music. When she’s not in the office, you’ll often find her at an archery tournament with her daughter, at church, working on a project, or playing with her grandkids.

 Verronica is the newest member of our Service Team with a strong background in client support and policy education. Originally from Sinajana, Guam, she brings a diverse perspective and a genuine passion for helping others. She has completed college coursework in Medical & Dental Billing as well as Early Childhood Education through Nashville State University.

Verronica began her insurance career as a Roadside Assistance Supervisor with Agero before becoming a Licensed Personal Lines Producer in Tennessee with USAA. Her experience working closely with members on policy questions and billing inquiries allows her to confidently support clients and ensure they feel informed and secure. She is excited to bring her expertise to O’Neal Insurance Group and serve the local community.

Outside of work, Verronica enjoys visiting museums and aquariums, learning new things, and spending time with her family—including her husband, two stepsons, and four dogs. Having recently moved to Nashville, she looks forward to exploring new experiences and getting more involved in the community.

 Matt Hahn is a dedicated Sales Agent serving clients from our Franklin office, bringing a strong background in service, leadership, and education. Originally from Whitehouse, a small town in Northwest Ohio near Toledo, Matt values community, integrity, and building lasting relationships.

He attended Bowling Green State University, where he played collegiate soccer for two years before beginning a decade-long career in the U.S. Navy. During his 10 years of military service, Matt developed a deep commitment to teamwork, accountability, and protecting others. He later graduated from the Federal Law Enforcement Academy, further strengthening his attention to detail and client advocacy skills.

Matt entered the insurance industry in 2020 and quickly discovered a passion for helping people understand their coverage. He believes education is key to a strong agent–client relationship and takes pride in clearly explaining policies so clients feel confident and informed in their decisions.

Outside of work, Matt enjoys watching sports, reading a good book, and spending time outdoors with his family. He is in the process of starting a mini-homestead and enjoys staying active whenever possible. Matt also attends church regularly and previously played in a worship band. He and his family are passionate about adoption and foster care awareness and enjoy supporting causes that strengthen families and communities.
